How to Cook Yam Porridge with Bitterleaf.



Nigerian food is Yummy Yummy yum! if you like yam porridge and bitterleaf soup, then watch this video to learn and find out how to prepare it.

Ingredients
1.8kg white puna yam
A handful dry fish crumbs (aja azu)
A handful ukpaka (shredded oil bean)
1 tablespoon ground crayfish
1 big stock cube
Salt & pepper (to taste)
A handful well-washed bitterleaves
Water
1/2 teaspoon Ogiri Igbo (castor seed paste)
Palm Oil (enough to colour the food)
